Dinner at Fish & Co.~

Despite the weather of late being so hot and unbearable, and the fact that I have yet recover from my drowsiness ( I think it might have worsen since yesterday after accompanying my mom walking all over the place, squeezing with the crowd and waiting impatiently and tired for my food ), I have decided to... Update the blog on last Saturday dinner~! Dear and me headed down to Clementi to meet up with Max as he wants to get the PSP fixed. We waited for quite a long time as the sales person was very busy, one moment answering customers' questions and fixing up stuff, next moment picking phone and replying to whoever that was on the line, plus fixing stuff. After that we headed to Long John Silver for brunch ( for dear and me since Max already eaten ) and we went back home, I went to play MFO and dear taught Max how to play Prototype. It wasn't till much later that we decided we were hungry enough to head down to AMK hub to eat! Walking round and round ( Bernard joined us sometime during us walking in the hub ) and after several "Yes" and "No" debates, they ( Max, Ray and Bernard ) decided to eat Fish and Co. Dear was craving for soupy stuff, but we just go along with it. I can't say I am overjoyed by the choice, but ain't making lots of noise either. Photobucket Seafood platter for 2. Lots of prawns, fries, fish, rice and mussels. I personally like the rice at Fish and Co, don't ask me why, but I love the taste especially with sudden sweetness from the raisins mixed in the rice~ Photobucket Seafood feast for 2 if I am not wrong. Almost similiar to seafood platter but it has 2 huge king prawns instead of the small prawns, fried sotong ( calamari?? ) instead of mussels, scallops, fried prawns, fish, fries and rice. Photobucket Sharkie freeze. I thought I might hate it as it comprises of pineapple and passionfruit, both not even in my list of acceptable fruits. Surprisingly, I kept on asking dear for more of it. I can't remember how it taste now, but if I am asking for it, it can't be that bad =x Initially was displeased as Daniella and me smelled some horrid sweaty scent. Turns out that there were a group of teenagers, fresh from their whatever exercise/match and still smelling a little too ripe. Unfortunately the guys smell nothing and they said maybe cos in army they were used to the smell of sweat already. I was at the verge of losing my temper but I didn't. Thankfully the food served soon after that, with Daniella, Bernard and me busy taking pictures of whatever that arrive next. Then Bernard joked about being Earth hour coming and how they probably shut off the lights in an hour or so and we decided to leave. We headed to the game store where I bought Pokemon Black and White guide book. Heh heh... Have yet started since I am still trying to complete my Pokemon Diamond. After which Bernard left and the rest of us headed to the basement where I shopped for my chinchillas' food and we roam about in NTUC, looking and laughing at certain remarks made ( like at the $9.90 cupboard that we wanted to buy but its so shakey that one of them said "This one looks like it might be able to withstand earthquake!" Lol! ) and eventually headed out to look at other stuff. But since we did not feel like doing anything else that day, we headed home early~ I realised that being so ultimately lazy, it also meant that my daily routine minus movies etc will make me even more boring. But at least I bought some manga to keep me occupied at times heh heh... Can't wait for the book 14 of Vampire Knight!!!

Hmm~ Drowsy~

Haha, in case you are wondering if I am drunk, nope, I am not!

Just that I notice these few days, my intake of chocolate, cheese, ice cold drinks etc have increased tremedously. It's like I am taking more dairy products and cold drinks in this 2 weeks than I had in the past 3-4 years combined! Now isn't that a lot??!!

But I also realised I am more prone to exhaustion, easily worn out throughout the whole day. Plus the aching pain in my right arm is still lingering since 2-3 weeks back. Perhaps I should take up on my dear's advice and take a couple days of leave and get myself fix up ( doing scans, maybe get a chinese doctor to fix my arm, spending time with my mom e.g. )

At least its Thursday, 1 more day till the wonderful weekends~! Can't wait for the weekends to arrive so I can sleep in and not care about anything at all~! Whee~~~

Heh heh heh...

This morning I was still a little grouchy about coming to work but all has changed =p

I remembered mentioning that I love to read lots of other blogs, including those from cheeser, Audrey ( Not myself obviously duh~ ), Mint and not to forget our blogger queen, Xiaxue a.k.a Wendy.

As I was surfing the blogs, what tickles me and cheer my day up relatively is a new post from Wendy. She was talking about a guy who put her down and dissed her time and again on whatever she's posting, be it in twitter or in her blogs. Peter Coffin is that guy's name.

Pathetic excuse for a man. =x You can read what Wendy wrote about him here.

He seems to love to fake a girlfriend claiming that girlfriend is from Japan when obviously, the background images behind her usually have posters that are in Korean.

Dumb moron. If he can't even differentiate Korean words and Japanese words, he should not have tried to pretend that the person is his girlfriend. As if that is not enough, he created a fake account on twitter claiming to be that girlfriend. He's an idiot who do not know much about Asians, trying to make racist jokes of Asians, and pretending that he has a Asian girlfriend? Is he intellectually handicapped or what?

And he dissed Wendy cos of plastic surgery??!! Ridiculous, in a recent study, most of the Koreans, if they can afford it, would probably undergo the knife to make themselves look better. So who's to say that the lady in picture ( Sorry, not picking on her but taking an example ) has not undergo a plastic surgery before?

Retards like Peter Coffin should probably just crawl under a rock and stay there, to be seen, not to be heard. And for him to blatantly go against Wendy front to front, its asking for attention to be hated.

P.S. I am reacting alot to this because I hate it when people start being racist, especially towards Asians. I don't deny I may have some stereotype thinking myself, but will never use that against others. There was an actor that I used to think is nice, but ended up hating him ( Leonardo Dicaprio or however you spell his name ) cos he said in one of the magazines that Asian women are ugly. Well Mr Actor, you ain't a looker yourself now, are you? These type of people always pissed me off ( though I must admit, it does not take much to push my buttons =x )

Rambles at work, BB cream & Full-Filling Saturday ( I do mean it literally )

Tadah~! As promised! Heh heh... I can't wait to write it but I simply must side-tracked abit.
A couple of weeks ago, there's a sale in the warehouse of Levi's not long ago ( things selling starting fom $1 but majority were in such bad condition that I left empty headed... FML ) and before we headed there, we went to eat lunch at Siemens!
Photobucket
This is my salmon in creamy sauce for $9.10 ( So expensive! ), should have bought the chicken in Peri Peri sauce instead and its much cheaper at $6.10 or $6.50. My salmon was so huge and dry that I had a hard time swallowing it.
After that I came back to work only to find out that the lift is going crazy again ( we have 2 lifts but both always take turns to spoil ).
Photobucket
Hello~? Lift needs more spelling lessons...

But keeping that aside ( I am changing topic faster than you can change your boyfriend/girlfriend, clothes etc wahahaha~ ), I am currently crazy about the new cosmetic product that I am using ( introduced to me by Ying )~
Photobucket
BB cream ( Hot Pink version )!! It almost completely cover all the flaws on my face, acting like a concealer, foundation and sun screen protection! Good for someone as lazy as me ( though I don't use make up often =x )

Haha I think I side tracked too much already. Let me start on the Saturday topic before I lose the interest to continue on!
On Sat, I just barely woke up ( thanks to my dad's usual morning singing ) when dear told me his friends decided to meet us at Funan IT mall at 12pm. A glance at the clock nearby told me that it was a superman impossible feat for it was 12pm.
Eventually we started out, taking the MRT to Douby Ghout and then a bus to Funan. It was drizzling and I was giggling like a little girl when dear urged me to run through the drizzle. After a short ( If you compared it to the whole day, it was pretty short, but if compare to an hour... Then its not =x ) stop at the ATM machine, we went to find Jing Yee, Zhong and Hui at Pastamania for erm.. Lunch? Brunch? =x Whatever you call it.
From there, Jing Yee drove us to Golden Mile Complex where we did several enquiries before confirming our travel fees ( heh heh... I am not going to reveal where and when we are going yet~! ) and headed down to Suntec City for Food Fair~
Several moments later ( after many navigation errors ) we reached Suntec, fought our way through the crowd and ended up in front of an ice cream stall with the guys ordering Cat mountain king durian ( 猫山王榴莲 ) ice cream and Jing Yee ordering mango one. When Ray gave me a bit, it tasted more like I am eating ice cold creamy durian rather than ice cream =x
Zhong, Hui and Jing Yee bought durian puffs, but since Ray and me ain't going home anytime soon, we didn't purchase anything else in the Food Fair ( though I was very tempted to go and buy the rojak... ).
It was raining heavily when we decided to leave Suntec, Zhong left first and Jing Yee gave Hui a ride. Dear and I took the MRT down to serangoon to the new Nex Shopping Center.
There we got a big surprise. Daniella gave a very vague description of where they were and when we met Max, he was alone. Then we realised why. Danielle was waiting for us outside of Nex with a black French Bulldog beside her. Can't remember its call Ruby or Rudy or Rumy =x.
She leads us to a lift at the outside of the building and guess where we heading to?

Photobucket
The doggie cafe a.k.a Doggiestyle Cafe
I was squealing with delight when I saw a beautiful looking golden retriever looking at me from the playpark for dog the moment the lift open the door and we arrived at the roof. Its so cute!!! ( With that Ray commented "Too much fur falling everywhere urgh." =x )

Photobucket
The glass door has to be opened and closed manually. That is to prevent the doggies within which are roaming freely to run out. In Doggiestyle, they have menu for both human and doggies~ With an evil thought in mind, I whispered to Ray "Wonder what happen if I let a cat loose in here~?" He shuddered at the thought of more fur =x

Photobucket
Cute dogs everywhere, here's one on the chair.

Photobucket
I like this particular white one.

Photobucket
Looks foxy and very adorable.

Photobucket
Fluffy tail!
It's owner scooped a spoonful of ice cream and gave it to this doggie to lick but it stuck its whole head in the tub of ice cream instead. I was enjoying myself to be able to see the dogs having fun but I did notice my poor dear was cupping his red nose behind both of his hands. I pulled ( effortlessly ) him out of the cafe and listen to him grumble abit.
In less than an hour time, it became my turn to grumble. I followed him throughout the whole Nex Shopping Center to find a shop call Computerex Computer or something like that. Turns out its not even here. It's in Sembawang Shopping Center. I picked the wrong slippers to wear for walking and thus my feet were killing me. Bernard managed to find us before we started walking towards the Sembawang Shopping Center. Ray told me its 1 kilometer away. I nearly ( but didn't, just nearly ) fainted.
It was at some extreme secluded old place where you can count the number of people with fingers on both of your hands. By the time we reached there, I suffered a slight cramp ( I thought I felt I pulled a muscle ) on my left feet.
And after several protest from me ( hey, I am on PMS, so don't blame me for being whiny, wahahaha its an absolute useful excuse for all ladies~ ), we waited for Max and headed down to Chomp Chomp~! It's another several rounds of walking about, waiting to snatch a table and then time for dinner! Danielle joined us before the first dish even reach the table!

Photobucket
Huge cups of yummy drinks~ 3 sugar cane juices, 1 soya bean milk and 1 longan drink.

Photobucket
Full table of food. With 6 chicken wings, 20 satays, hokkien mee, stingray, 2 white rice, some pork rib soup, kang kong ( I think ), char kway teoy and oyster omellette. We couldn't finish the stingray ( bought the wrong store so not so yummy and the chilli was not well spread 0ut ).

After this heavy dinner, Bernard recommanded dessert at the Udders.
Photobucket
Most of their best selling ice creams contains alcohol =x

Photobucket
Reading the menu... You can ask to try the flavors before purchase.

Photobucket
Love the atmosphere. The guys were busy drawing on the glass walls behind as there were markers provided.

Photobucket
Trying to take a shot of the ice cream before it was destroyed by Ray.

Photobucket
Attempting another shot while Ray tried harder to mash the ice cream into horrid shape in an attempt to ruin my photo.
Ray and me went to look at ice creams and boy, were we spoilt for choices! But almost immediately, we both said "I want Ballsy Mint." at the same time. With that decided, I forced him to pick another flavor, claiming that I got it first. Then he picked Chocmarsh, which is a combination of marshmallow mixed in chocolate ice cream.
Personally I prefer Ballsy Mint better. One of the rare times where you get to see a white mint ice cream instead of green ones. And the ballsy part? It's like choco crunch covered with a thin coat of chocolate... I am drooling just thinking about it...

Photobucket
I won't say its cheap but judging from the atmosphere and the quality of the ice cream ( we scooped every late bit of the ice cream ), it was well worth the price.

Ah... I want Ballsy Mint now!!!

Kyomomoyama and food at Sembawang~

Aww shucks, was bent on making another blog entry on "Full-Filling Saturday ( I do mean it literally )" but I realised I have yet blogged the other eatery I had been to at Clark Quay for ages! That and the other one at Sembawang area. =x I am soo soo behind... So let's get started!
First thing first!

It was probably about 3 weeks ago ( or even longer ) that my dear's friends want to have a scrumptious dinner at the very well-known Ikoi Japanese restaurant in Hotel Miramar, which serves authentic Japanese cuisines, buffet-style. But its a hard to get place since most people need to book the place like 2-3 weeks in advance ( we have like 16 people in total that day ).

As it turns out, my dear made the reservation in the right hotel, just wrong place. He made a reservation at Fern Tree Cafe instead. And thus there were lots of disappointment plus lots of teasing for my poor dear till we found another Japanese restaurant that will house us for the day. It ain't easy to find a place for all 16 of us at dinner time but we found it!

Photobucket
Here we are~ At Kyomomoyama ( Thanks to this picture or the restaurant name will be The Forgotten One instead, I have weak memory~)

Photobucket
I had taken a liking to the table arrangment stuff and trying to get some shots while my dear and his friends were busy talking. We had like 4 tables in a row and its so far to the other end that both ends had to shout to communicate ( fortunately all of us were civilized enough to not do that and disrupt the otherwise, pretty tranquility of the restaurant ).

Photobucket
My green tea~ Love the flower designed on it. Pretty.
By now, poor Kenny was so hungry, he was salivating at the other end of the table, for the other end's sushi had arrived...

Photobucket
Lucky for Kenny, his was the first to arrive on our table! Some beef thingy ( I don't take beef so not very interested in knowing~ ).

Photobucket
Bernard's meal, also beef =x

Photobucket
Mine! Salmon steak with 2 raw salmons, chawamushi, some tuna salad and miso soup. I like the tuna salad, the salmon steak sauce was very sweet but its still too huge for me. My dear gobbled the raw salmon, so I assumed they were nice. I never care much for chawamushi so its still alright.
After this they served yam ice-cream, to which many were asking if there were any other flavors. But we were told there's only green tea flavor and we need to top up money for that =.="
So 4 of them left first, and Serene and Charles left later, and the few remaining of us head to the Party World again. I remembered talking all the way with Chibi, and Ray commented to Bernard or someone else that Chibi and me having "Girls talk" and ignore us. =x Oh well, at least I get to sing that day~

The following day, Sunday, we met dear's uncle, his mom and her friend at NorthPoint to get her iPhone 4. After which we headed to her place to fix up some stuff before his mom, her friend, dear, Mint, Jackie and me headed to Sembawang Industrial Park 8 Blk 1001 for dinner.

Photobucket
You are so fried, fish!

Photobucket
Yums to the max Tom Yum Soup!

Photobucket
I think this is xiao bai cai or some veggies... Urgh... ( Notice how my memories always fail with the food I dislikes or don't eat )

Photobucket
Pineapple rice with pork floss!

Photobucket
Ahahahah 2 people busy taking pictures while the others waiting impatiently for food! ( Mint and me busy clicking away heh heh... )

Photobucket
Sweet and Sour pork rib~

Photobucket
Fried fishy again! But this time with sauce poured all over it!

Photobucket
Hotplate tofu! Love the mushrooms and omellete at the bottom of the plate, just that I don't eat the prawns and others etc.

Photobucket
Fried sotong if not wrong...
Poor Mint was so busy taking pictures that by the time she wanted to eat, there's no more pork floss on the pineapple rice. But Ray specifically asked for another bowl of floss for his sis. Pretty sweet of him. After the meal, Jackie and Mint sent us home, but not before Ray and me invited them up to play with the chinchillas ( to which they accepted! ). Glad they had fun at my place ( seeing that its small and messy, my house, not my chinchillas ) but I love my room even better now thanks to a new addition to my room since the week before~!

Photobucket
Tadah! 32" LCD Full HD Samsung TV. CX and Ray bought one each and I remember that we had to walk a long distance ( from IT Fair, to Millenium Walk, to Raffles place and back to Millenium Walk ) before the both of them decide to settle on this particular TV. They were lucky cos those two were the last sets left for the price of $499.
My room is still pretty messy but at least we have enough space for his PS3.
Finally reach the end of the post~ Maybe I post the other post tomorrow. Maybe =x

Oh My God... She's good!

Seriously, when I came across this particular news, I didn't realise that I am going to be very impressed. After all, this is my another usual daily dose of news ( or just some small part ) but not thinking that it might be enough for me to want to blog about it!

It's amazing for she can control the voices of her male and female side pretty well ( very pleasant to the ear ) and she definately looks pretty! Gosh... At the first glance, I truly thought she's a pretty lady. So imagine my shock when I start to hear her in a deep male voice!

But ultimately its the faces of the judges that tickles me so. They were stunned and having this funny drop-the-jaw look. And when one of the judges said "You deceived me ever since we first met", its makes me laugh. Heh...

Between this video and another one that I saw on facebook the other day, one about ladies before and after make up ( the difference is oh-my-goodness huge! Imagine toad turning into swan kind of difference, you get the idea... ), I'd say, it will not be a wonder if the guys started to be gay.

Heehee... But I am secretly hoping that maybe one day, hopefully sometime in the near future, I may be able to get my dear to wear my long two-toned wig, cos I got a feeling he might look pretty~ But he would probably say "Over my dead body" to put it mildly. Hope hope~!

Triple diasasters &... What are we doing?

Japan has been tragically hit by 3 disasters ( 2 from Mother Nature, Earth Quake and Tsunami and 1 due to human, Nuclear Plant on fire ). Its pretty heart wretching to watch or hear on a day by day basis, how many families have lost their homes, their loves ones, though there are some heart warming news, like how a 4-month-old baby was rescued and reunited with her parents.

Then came the usual pleads for helps, donations and of cos, the utmost respects to the Japanese for handling the disasters so calmly. And the many people that tries to contact their families or trying to catch a plane to get out of Japan for fear of the nuclear radiation.

Everywhere, you can hear symphathetic people claiming that if they could, they would, try to go there and help. They only claim. Those are only words. Actions speaks louder than words. They ( The ones that are rich and capable of spending on branded goods and good food, go restaurants to eat ) are willing to donate a few bucks but not willing to shell out more to buy a plane ticket and headed straight down to where the epic center of the disasters. I too, can claimed that I wished to help but I lack of money. ( Which in my case, is pretty much the truth, since I am always asking how to earn more money and left with barely like $200 to my name for this month? Partly my own fault in managing my salary but I am trying to improve on that.)

Everywhere, people are concerned, that is definate, but to which aspects? That the Japan will recover soon ( I am sure there are many sincere wishers out there and those are probably the ones helping in the danger zone now or are citizens of Japan or somehow or other, they had favours done to them by the Japanese ), for me, I too wished that my sensei and her relatives are safe. She's a wonderful woman, pleasant and jovial. But I think more attention is concentrated on the Nuclear plants, whether if the plants will explode and thus distribute more harm to the other populations.

So, what are we doing? Other than being caught-up-in-the-moment of time, giving like 20-30mins to chase the news, using it as a upcoming lunch topic, are we not still doing the same as we did everyday before the disasters arrived? ( Of cos, there are pranksters that take the chance in this to send out mass scare to others , just grow up already.)

I am truly impressed by a 1 million dollars donation from a single 24 years old that I saw on news yesterday. True, she's giving money out, but its not an amount you can sneeze at. Well, judging the fact that she's from a rich family... But at least she offered it! She can choose not to but here she is, donating this amount to the poor victims. Kudos to her. I doubt I might even ever make that amount in years =x

Not trying to sound unsympathatic here ( which, if anyone reads this might probably slam me anyway for speaking out what I think ), but I am trying hard to make ends meet. Sure, I do feel sorry for them, no one deserve to go through what they going through now, and even thought what if it happens to me ( most likely the citizens here do not hold as much dignity as those in Japan and I am willing to bet a huge chaos will be created and slow down the process of healing ), and other than this, what else can I do?

And before judging me, what have you done for the victims? If nothing, you are no better off than me. If you have donated some money, good for you! You just did a little more than me =x But my respect is still to those who are out there right now, at this very moment, assisting those in needs. They are the heros.

As for the self-righteous type ( unless you think you are one that I am referring to ), don't boast as if you did them a tremedous favour by donating a small amount. There are plenty of people that needs help throughout the world ( not only in Japan ) like those poor kids that are starving and in need of nutrients. If you self-righteous type thinks that you are a saint or that holy, please go out and help someone now and not sit here and read my rants, getting angry and thinking or even doing the rebutting here.

Prototype

Lately MFO has been such a huge disappointment that I decided to abandon it, only to go in to do farming. Imagine getting disconnected repeatively 5-6 times within 1 hour or even lesser if I on 2 accounts or Facebook at the same time. I used to be able to multi 5 accounts and on Facebook without a hitch.

So I decided to ditch MFO and watched my dear plays Prototype on PS3.

Prototype kinds of reminds me of Resident Evil. But very very confusing, for me at least. Let me go in a little bit on the details, from as much as I think I knows anyway.

There is a main character ( the one you will be using ) by the name of Alex. Unfortunately, in the start, Alex do not even remember his own name. Nor whoever that is related to him. Each time you have to follow a yellow arrow, that will leads you to acquire your quest. Sounds like a normal case of detective type? Not so.
The weird thing about Alex is that he's infected with some sort of viral. Some people in the military experimented on him, and he's able to literally run up the walls, glide and jump in the sky ( these skills will need to be upgraded once you have enough points for them in the later stage ), hijack tanks and helicopters, using his body chains or tentacles to damage or destroy people and things, and of cos, consuming both human and infected races which will result in charging up your life and sometimes, able to disguise as the person you consume and obtaining the memories of the person/thing that you consumed.
This game is pretty gory, with all the blood and body parts flying/splashing about. But unlike the Resident Evil, fear is not a major factor here ( no surprise zombie attack or whatsoever ). Poor Alex is wanted ( dead prefable ) by both the military and the infected ones.
* ~ Spoiler Alert ~ *
If you want to play the game and see how it goes, then stop reading from here.
Still want to know? Ok~ You asked for it...
From time to time, you will see Alex speaking to you but at the bottom corner of the time it says "Day 18 since the infection" or something along that line. He kept on saying that there's no survivor, only him.
So we started at Day 1. Apparently the first person Alex started to recall is Dana. I didn't really see the start so I can't comment much but I know he went to find her and rescued her just in time before the military dragged her away. Before you reached her, you will be trained to use your skills, such as disguise and so on. As Alex consumed more people, he learnt that he was being experimented on but the project kind of failed. That is when he knew of Elizabeth Greene ( that's the name I think ). Elizabeth is another human subject to the experiment ( other than Alex ) but for some reasons, she gave me the idea that she's the queen of the infected. Alex was no match for her till later in stage. They also showed Alex's girlfriend, I am not sure if its Karen, but if it is, she betrayed him by telling the military of Alex's location.
Dana was one of the main characters that supplies information to Alex. But at the later stage she's being caught by one of the infected, a minor boss I think. His minors are called Hunters. Hunters are bald headed, pink skin throughout the body that will turn blackish when they are almost dead, but most of the time you can only see their butt if they run from you ( which is very little chance as they always run towards you to attack you ). The minor boss is just slightly larger than them and more painful.
I can understand the memories from the people that Alex consumed but not so much when he consumed the infected. Often muffled and in whispers of bits of words, it is very confusing unlike the clear ringing of sounds from the memories of people. Images will screen randomly across but you probably won't understand anything and yet Alex always seem to be able to.
The zone will initially split into red ( the infected ) or the blue ( the military ) zones. But eventually, red will take over most part of the map. You can try to infiltrate or destroy either the hives of the infected or the base of the military. Consuming different people in the military allows you to take on more skills. Like if you consumed the artillery people, you can send for artillery strike. Something like that.
Somehow a Doctor, I forgot his name, will be assisting Alex and providing him the quests. He's a little bit annoying when you are given a time limit to protect the doctor from the infected while he's studying and taking samples of the corpses. He's always screaming "Alex! Get them away from me, they are coming!!" Sheesh =x
Yesterday I was watching Ray trying to defeat Elizabeth, but he died a few times for she was a very tough boss. Her attacks include a fury scream which when caught as she unleashed ( she's hiding in a mutated red inverted vase-like looking pile of muscles ) your life bar will drop drastically till about lesser than 10%. She has hordes of infected ones to chase you and two huge tentacles that will pick up anything nearby ( huge blocks or chunks of cement or vehicles ) and throw at you. And she will fire green ball like attacks towards you as well. Worst thing is you have to try to first break down her basic 3 defends before you can deal damage to her life. There's 3 or 4 parts to it as well, each time her defences went down, you are able to damage her a little more before she hides back in the ground and come back up, fully guarded and it gets harder each turn as the military would join in, both attacking her and Alex.
After what seems like hours, Ray finally defeated her and the real infected human Elizabeth tumbled out of the muscle body. Alex stood over her and consumed her. I was like "What? Why is he eating her?"
Then a whole lot of image came up and I can hardly understand.
* ~ End of spoiler ~ *
If nothing much happens, I might be able to see Ray finished this game by tonight heh heh... I am curious about what is going to happen next.
Time for me to get back to my stuff... Cya~!

Dinner at Ajisan with darling and another Jap foodcourt in Yishun

For several reasons, my energy is depleting as fast as I recover it... It has been going like that for the past few days. I am certainly having a couple of things that kept me deep in worries but its more time for new happy post!
Photobucket
Strawberry and Blue Coral soda~ A little too sour for me for the strawberry one though =x
Photobucket
Gyoza and Fried prawns with mayo~
I always love the gyoza in Ajisan, crispy at the edge and juicy fillings, my dear agreed, saying it is almost his ideal gyoza, but only almost... Wonder what's his defination of perfect gyoza =x
The fried prawns are not bad, just that I don't really like prawns alot so... No comments =x
Photobucket
Wahahaha... My volcano ramen!
One of the spiciest dish in the menu, and certainly lives up to its name. There are slices of yummy pork with generous amount of chilli on it. I simply can't stop till the soup was almost gone! Delish~!
Photobucket
Supposingly to be the dessert. It's some rice ball with sweet sauce. I like the sauce but the same can't be said for the rice ball... It's hard and tasteless and not easy to chew on...
But overall I still like to go to Ajisan to eat heehee... Love the soup and ramen there.
Photobucket
This place is at Yishun's Northpoint shopping center, one of the top most floor ( or 2nd highest level if not wrong ). I kinda forget the name but love the ambience as it is decorated in a kind of old Jap theme.
Photobucket
Black Pepper Chicken Omellette rice!
Love the taste of the black pepper chicken, the chef cooked it right before my very eyes ( I was sitting directly opposite, facing the chef's stove direction ). Pretty skillful but the rice was a tad tasteless... I know rice are usually tasteless but there's a lack of fragrance ( I am picky )...
Photobucket
Dear's Beef Omellette rice.
I didn't ask him how was it, perhaps cos I am too distracted... But nonetheless, we left with heavy tummies heehee...
And to show what my dear and I have been up to...
Photobucket
Tadah~ FF13 heehee... And my most most favourite character of all...
Photobucket
Chocobo Chick!

Snow ( Part 6 )

Continue to write the story~ Not because I ran out of things to write, but that it is raining heavily outside and I just feel like writing it.
Currently, I am still debating with myself, as to whether should I just finished this story think off just like that ( cos its turning very... draggy ) or should I just spice it up a little bit. Oh well... Let's just see how the story developes ( in my mind that is... )
"Sorry to have to trouble you with Karina's project..." Snow started, wishing that she had shut up earlier on so that she would not be in such an awkward situation now.
"It's all right, I am free anyway. So... What do I have to do?" Gareth smiled and took a sip of his frappe.
"Hmm... It isn't much, just kind of a... erm... survey thing. Well, first thing first, I think its your name?" Snow started to dig in her bag for pen and paper.
"That's easy. I am Gareth Goh."
Snow let out a small chuckled when she heard the reply.
"What is so funny?" Gareth asked Snow in an amused tone.
"Ah... Nothing much. Just that I was thinking that your initials are G.G and since your name is Gareth, people might have mistaken you for Gareth Gates." She replied while writing.
"I did hear a couple times of that before, but seriously, not much people knows about Gates so I am not troubled at all." He grinned. "What's next on list?"
"Your likes and dislikes?"
"That is a pretty general question, what do you mean by likes and dislikes?"
"Such as what do you like to do, eat, like watching tv for example? And what do you not like?"
"Hmm, well, I like to fix up and bring my bike for a ride, as for food, no special preferance, and I like going to the movies. Dislike hypocrites perhaps?"
"Ookay..." Snow figured she had gotten more than enough information to satisfy Karina's curiousity.
"No more questions?"Gareth asked as he took another sip of his drink.
Snow shooked her head.
"Well I have a few questions myself." Gareth leaned forward, closer to Snow and she shifted, feeling slightly uncomfortable at the sudden change of atmosphere.
"What questions?" She asked, pretending to be busy keeping her stuff.
"What are your likes and dislikes?"
"Hey, I thought I am the only one doing the survey!" Snow pretended to be offended, but smiled when she saw Gareth grinning.
"Well, seriously, what are your likes and dislikes?" Gareth persisted on, looking straight into Snow's eyes.
"My likes..." Snow started only to be interrupted by her phone's ringing.
"Sorry" Snow excused herself and answered her phone.
"Hi dear! Yes, I am about done. Dinner? Sure, meet you in an hour time! Bye!"
Snow looked apologetically at Gareth and said "Sorry I got to go now."
"It's ok. Your date is more important. Need me send you to anywhere?" Gareth replied, though looking a little disappointed.
"I am fine. I can take a direct bus from here. Thanks for the offer. Will pass the information to Karina. Thanks again!" Snow stood up and headed off.
"Bye..." Gareth said softly.
*~*~*~*
"Hey Gareth..." Gareth looked around and saw the ever so beautiful lady sashaying towards him.
"Hi..."He stood up and walked towards her slowly, as if she was made of mist and would disappear if he moved too fast.
"Do you love me?" She cooed softly, walking into his embrace and letting her fingers running through his hair.
"You know I do..." He held her firm, but gently in his arms, wishing that time would stop and freeze the moment forever.
"I love you too my darling..." She closed her eyes and tilted her head up to face him.
"Me too, my dear. I love you Snow darling..." He closed his eyes and prepared to sink into the sweetest kiss ever...
*~*~*~*
"Hello? Son? What are you doing??!!"
Gareth blinked his eyes and realised he was hugging the cushion on the sofa with his mother looking incredulously at him.
"Are you trying to strangle or kiss the cushion? Go bath, dinner is ready soon silly boy." His mother laughed and headed to the kitchen.
"Man... That was so real..." Gareth mumbled as he entered his bedroom, still hoping that its not a dream but reality.
"But too bad... She already have a boyfriend." He gazed into the mirror.
"So what's stopping you from snatching her over?" His reflection sneered.
"What? You can't be real!" He yelled at his reflection and rushed into the bathroom.
"That's probably what you want to think but then, once a coward always a coward..." the voice trailed off as Gareth slammed the door shut.
*~*~*~*
Ok, I am done here for now. At the very least I am starting to make some progress here in the story. When I started writing this post, I was thinking of maybe making this the last part of the story and cut it off. But as I continued, in between having lots of interruptions of cos, I decided I might just want to continue it.
After all, I love to write~ I just hate writer's block. =x

Ramen Santouka and Azabu Sabo Hokkaido Ice cream

Oh my gosh... It's been such a rushy/sleepy/busy/rainy day that I almost did not want to blog at all. ( The slashes do not mean multiple choices, they really meant what I had been through today. )
Cos what I am about to blog is gonna be another post of long pictures... Let me get started before I regret and delete this whole post all together.

Ever been to a small Japanese restaurant Ramen Santouka located in a small area in The Central at Clark Quey? Don't know what I am talking about? Take a look.

Photobucket

This is the first thing you will see upon reaching ( provided you reach there in the first place as it is so well hidden in the corner that I almost doubt no one knows about it. Almost... Cos the long queue proved me wrong that day =x )

I had been there a few times before, first time was brought to this particular restaurant by Ying and JW. My dear went there and was hooked by the egg. ( Later I explain why. )
Photobucket
Rows and rows of delicious looking food...
Photobucket
Charhan aka fried rice.
Photobucket
The fish roe plus salmon that Ying likes...
Photobucket
The "Yellow" river of Singapore. FOL.
I came to this restaurant on this particular day with Danielle, Max, Bernard, Chaos Papa and dear. They were commenting on how yellow the river had become and someone said its due to the fact that every night the clubbers drank too much and just vomitted in the river. Zzz...
Photobucket
My pot of hot green tea. No one else order drinks though... Guess they were all contented with plain water...
Photobucket
The eggs in shape of a flower~ These are the eggs that I told you about earlier on, my dear said they are cooked in such a way that the outer layer looked like the eggs you find in the chinese herb store, 茶叶蛋, but the yolk inside looks like salted egg yolk, except more watery. But I am not a fan of this egg, perhaps too soft, cold and gooey for my taste.
Photobucket
Close up look of the egg~
Photobucket
I forgot what dish is this, but Max ordered it. Bernard had the same as well but Chaos Papa ordered large ( my dear ordered for him ) instead of regular lol! Had a long name. Tori something. But its slices of pork if I remember correctly.
Photobucket
My small curry rice and salt base soup ramen~ I don't like the salad cos at the bottom there's some weird sauce with wasabi taste... But then again, I don't like veggies from the start...
Photobucket
Danielle's dish. She had the Charhan set with soybean paste based or something ramen. I mentioned to her before that either the soybean paste or the other soy thingy is more salty than the salt based soup ( I like the salt one cos its not salty and the other soup based I like is the spicy miso soup base ). And after going through half of her own ramen and when she tried the soup from my bowl, she agreed mine was nicer hee...
Photobucket
My dear's dish, I think he ordered the same as Danielle except his soup base is salt.
Basically... Our tummies were filled to the brim after this meal... It was very very filling...
Then they wanted to watch movie ( although we didn't in the end... ) and we were walking around and I saw this:
Photobucket
Built up just for Valentine's day. Pretty right?
Guess what's behind it?
Photobucket
Sort of like a slingshot and the riders had to sit in between the lighted "pillars" and will be shot towards the sky. Pretty scary and expensive ride, $30 if I am not wrong...
Photobucket
Chaos Papa suddenly said he's treating us to some Hokkaido ice cream!
Photobucket
Chocolate Chip Mint Ice-cream~! Yums to the max!!! Shared it with dear, he fed me but end up his hands gotten sticky...
Bernard got a salt flavored ice cream and I think Max and Danielle shared black sesame ice cream.
Photobucket
Watching the view while enjoying ice cream...
Photobucket
Fishy looking statues~
After finishing ice creams, we headed to Funan IT mall and lingered around in Challenger ( dear checking prices on HD TVs ) and at Ya Kun before heading home for the night.
And I was still full when I reached home lol!!!
