Super touched...~

Sob sob~ I am super super touched... Not by any Korean or Taiwan or Japanese drama lar =x

You see, I always thought I was pretty insignificant in my brief stay in NTU ( yea yea, I quit, so what? Got lots of problems to handle at that time and leaving "seems" to be the best decision back then... Right now I wished I have begged and tried suicide if they make me leave, just kidding, but serious on the staying part. ) as I can't remember how many lessons that I actually turn up ( except for practical which I am proud to say, I turned up for almost, if not, all of the lessons! ). Therefore, I do not expect anyone to even remember me there ( maybe not all but some people from the dance sport might say "Eh? I remember that time still got this person dancing with us till midnight... Forget the name le..." ).

But surprises of the surprises! It's not the people from the dancesport ( with exception of Yeye, Xi Ci, Slyvia jie and Connie jie~ Though I haven't meet either of them for a long time as well) that asked to meet me for dinner... It's *drum rolls~* Zi Qi & Si Qi!!! =) Super happy lol!!!

I must admit that they are the only ones that leaves a much deeper impression on me other than the people in dancesport ( basically when you mentions NTU, I was teleported back into the dance halls in hall 7 or is it 9? And the hilltop place where we held the dance lessons etc... ).

So when they asked to meet me for dinner on Monday ( like 2 days ago ), I agreed and brought my best friend, Ying along~

They haven't change much, except Si Qi is much more slimmer than I last seen her ( not kidding ok! She really slim down, not saying it out of courtesy or whatever you are thinking of ). It's like almost 4 years since I last seen them...

Went to Junction 8 for dinner at Swensens, the food was not bad, but I had quite a full lunch therefore wasn't in much mood for food =p

Naturally we catch up on what happen these few years ( surprisingly Ying and Si Qi working for the same company hahaha~ ) and then Si Qi said "Wah... Back then don't see Audrey and Karen having long hair and dance latin dance... They are pretty tomboyish lol!"

Upon hearing that, a weird sense of beam of pride swell within me. I am not a weakling k?!! Heh heh... And she went on reminising the times we were doing project for our DIP ( something about design invention project or there about, forget the name le ) and how Karen and I insisted to be on the hardware team =p It was a part of my NTU life that I enjoyed but have kept in the back of my mind ( covering in dust lol ) after I left.

And we talked about how Zi Qi was my lab partner and the projects we had to do. I almost forget the both of their surnames are Lim as well heh heh... ( Maybe our ancestors are the same from wayyyyyyyy back? =p Does that make them my siblings then? Heehee... )

But yea... All these years I thought no one from my classes in NTU would probably remember me, and now I have not 1 but 2 friends who does remember me. How can I not feel so touched?

And this year marks the 20th Anniversary for Ying and me! For knowing and being best friends for so long, how cool is that!!! For those who are like in the 40s or 50s or higher, if you say 20 years is nothing, well get this. We are turning 26 this year. So that means we met when we were 6. If we reached your age, that means we would have been friends for like 40 years or more. Heh, beat that!

But Ying's the one who always look for me ( heh heh... I am the lazy ones ) throughout these years. I mean had she not done that, we would have lost contact ( horrifying thoughts! Shoo Shoo~! )

I have been blessed to know many good friends ( Like the people I mentioned above, and Lyvi and Catty and Nini and so much more ). And I hope to cherish them and know more friends! ( I am soo greedy =p But one can never have too much good friends. You can only have too much enemies =x )
